Reservation. You can book with us through VRBO/HomeAway, Airbnb, Expedia and other sites. To secure your booking directly with us, a deposit of $500 is required. The balance is due 6 weeks before you arrive to our house.
Rental Payment.Full payment for rental is required no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Rental Periods and Occupancy. Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure times may be available, subject to availibility and charges may be applicable. The property may only be occupied by 14 people maximum. It may be necessary for staff to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
Late Bookings. For bookings made directly with us within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment of the rental amount and the security deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Association's Rules. As the home is in the Windsor Hills Resort community, there are association's rules that must be followed and agreed to. The association's rules will be provided upon reservation approval or when requested.
Liability Limitations. Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure. Parents must at all times supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the resort. Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, but after notification of equipment failure will endeavour to rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
Cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
More than 6 weeks before arrival date - loss of Booking Deposit
Between 4 and 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount
Less than 4 weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount
